Complaints Procedure
Should you wish to make a formal complaint, please put this in writing to one of our founders. Upon receipt of your letter of complaint, a founder will acknowledge your letter within three working days. We will then undertake a thorough investigation and respond to you with a formal written outcome within fifteen working days from the date of receipt of your written complaint.

If you remain dissatisfied with the formal written outcome provided by Browns Residential, you can pursue with the complaint, and it will be received by another senior staff member. A second and final statement of view will be provided within fifteen working days thereafter.
Should our final statement of view not resolve the complaint in question (or more than 8 weeks has elapsed since the complaint was first made) you are entitled to seek advice from The Property Ombudsman who offer a free, independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes. The Property Ombudsman will not consider your complaint until you have partaken in Browns’ complaints procedure in full. Any referral to The Property Ombudsman must be submitted within twelve months of the date of your final statement view being provided.
